1. Return Eligibility

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. Exchanges

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
